The Phantom's Virtual Postcard tour continues
with some Postcard Humor...

It's time to look at some comic cards. These are fairly recent postcards,
I haven't found many vintage comic cards that are still funny (at least to me).
Humor in postcards is often satirical, and as you know, satire sometimes doesn't age well.

I love this one, I think I know real people who have this problem.

Speaking of relationship problems, here's a perennial favorite.
"Who's your daddy?"

There are many versions of this postcard. Small towns often make fun of themselves
with this one.

I call this one "Southwest tourist humor".
If cactus could only talk, right?
Every tour guide probably feels this pain.

Here's the "deers' revenge" postcard.
It's an oldie, but goodie.

This was probably true until Sept. of 2008. Now this "fixer upper"
is going for about $750,000.
