“Well, my first
time was in front of two old ladies walking down the street.
They were shocked at first, then they seemed to enjoy it.
With experience, my confidence grew, and I started to branch out,
so to speak. Sporting events were
the next logical target. Football
and tennis were fair game. To do it
there, though, well, it lacked originality.
I searched inside to be innovative. Would
a rock gig be good? Would a
trip to the visiting Queen be worthy of inspiration?
After researching these particular ways, I concluded that every way
had been done before, maybe even better than if I would have tried.
Suddenly, a light shone down upon me from upon high.
A great idea flashing like Broadway Neon.
I would try to do it on live TV. To
say the least, I was extremely successful. It
could be said that I am now a household name.
To this date, I have appeared over 10 times in various guises and
disguises,” the job applicant
proudly stated.
“Sir, graduating from MIT in
web design is very impressive. Not
many applicants have also your further design qualification.
Unfortunately, your flash experience is not the flash experience we
are looking for,” the interviewer replied.
